Anbindung IR LEsekopf von Volkszähler in Home Assistant

Servus Gurus, ich bin total Anfänger in diesem Bereich und möchte meine Siemens Smartmeter TD-3511 mit IR Lesekopf von Volkszähler lesen und später in Kombination mit OpenDTU eine Nulleinspeisung realisieren. OpenDTU läuft bei mir einwandfrei.

Mit was hast du ihn denn befüllt? EspHome oder Tasmota?
Welche Version vom WT hast du (1.2 oder 1.4)?
Falls es da überhaupt wichtige Unterschiede gibt.

Servus, alles hat geklappt aber mit 5 Min. Verzögerung brauche ich eine andere Lösung und zwar mit CT clamp (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvCqXjey8lI). Ich habe David von www.mottramlabs.com kontaktiert und er recherchiere gerade eine Lösung mit WT32-ETH01.
Ich hoffe er macht es wirklich.

Was meinst du mit 5 Minuten Verzögerung?

Ohne PIN/KEy kann ich nur Daten jede 5 Minuten aus mein Siemens TD 3511 lesen. Die PIN/Key bekomme ich leider nicht vom Netztbetreiber.

Vielleicht hast du dich an den falschen gewannt. Es gibt Stromanbieter, Netzbetreiber und Messstellenbetreiber. Nur der Messstellenbetreiber kann und muss dir die PIN mitteilen. Wenn du dich irrtümlich an den Netzbetreiber gewannt hast, hätte der dir aber wenigstens den Messstellenbetreiber als Ansprechpartner nennen sollen.

Wenn du eine “Nulleinspeisung” realisieren willst, ist die Verzögerungszeit der Messung wichtig. Deshalb noch eine Info von mir: Ich habe mein Hichi IR Lesekopf über Tasmota → MQTT angebunden. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass man die TelePeriod bei Bedarf verringert. Die ist per Voreinstellung 300s = 5 Minuten! Ich habe das am Anfang nicht gewusst und mich gewundert, dass die 2kW meines Wasserkochers nicht angezeigt werden. :sweat_smile:
Leider habe ich nicht herausbekommen, wie man den Lesekopf dazu bringen kann, statt periodisch einfach alles Gelesene zu senden. Wäre schön, wenn jemand das wüsste und hier schreiben würde.

  1. Ich benutze 2 Parameter im Skript (Ich gehe davon aus, ich brauche nur die 2 Parameter für Nulleinspeisung, bitte um Korrektur):

  1. Tele period bei 10: Heisst doch dass Payload wird jede 10 Sekunden gepublished oder?

  1. Mit sensor53 d1, kommt der Wert der 2 Parameter in 5 Minuten-Interval in Konsole

Ich verstehe das ganze Konzept noch nicht richtig. Vielleicht könntest du mir es kurz erklären?

Wir können hier nicht mal poweropti benutzen.

“Telemetry period” hast du richtig auf 10s gesetzt. Benutzt du MQTT um die Daten nach HA zu übertragen? Meines Wissens ist das ein Parameter, der nur dann genutzt wird.
Bist du sicher, dass es aktuell auch noch 300s bei dir sind? In der Tasmota Oberfläche aktualisieren sich die Werte auch so langsam?

M.E nach ist das Problem zwischen IR Lesekopf und Smartmeter. Wenn ich das Skript mit sensor53 d1 laufe lasse, bekomme ich 1.7.0 und 2.7.0 immer einmal in ca. 5 Minuten (Zeile wiederholt sich in ca 5 Min). MQTT schickt genau diese Werte in jeder 10s.Also es liegt nicht an MQTT. Im Moment speise ich den Wert von 1.7.0 ein aber wegen Verzögerung von 5 Min habe umsonst eingespeist. Beispiel: Um 10.00 koche ich Wasser bis 10.05. Tasmota zeigt aber den Verbrauch erst um 10.06 (hier gibt es kein Verbrauch mehr) und HM600 speise 600W ein. Vielleicht habe ich einen Denkfehler.
