Due to the error with the missing players, I uninstalled the current version and, of course, lost my settings in the process. Now I have installed HA 2025.10.3 and version 5.7.9. Unfortunately, I can no longer log in. I get this error message.
-> Invalid 2-factor key
I logged out of my account on both Amazon Web and the Alex app and logged back in. The OTA was accepted on both systems and I was able to log in.
My OTA app is the one from Microsoft.
Does anyone have any idea what else I can do?
