Hallo zusammen, bin hier neu, kann mir jemand bitte die notwendigen Schritte erklären, wie ich HA komplett nur installiere, hab schon alles versucht, geht nicht. Vielen Dank im Voraus.

Bitte nicht als Kritik verstehen, aber mit diesen nicht Informationen kann man Dir nur sehr schwer helfen.
- Was hast Du versucht?
- nach welcher Anleitung?
- wie sieht die verwendete Hardware aus?
- was genau hat nicht funktioniert?
Also da fehlt noch einiges an Informationen

Kurzfassung für meine Geräte:
Raspi4:
- rpi-imager runterladen
- Home Assistant auf MicroSD schreiben lassen
- einstecken, starten, einrichten, fertig
(Mini)PC:
- Balena Etcher runterladen
- Home Assistant auf Stick/SSD/NVMe schreiben lassen “from URL”
- ein-/ranstecken, starten, einrichten, fertig
Besser ist, die Datei runter zu laden und nicht von der URL flashen zu lassen, führt häufig zu Problemen.
BTW:

Ganz ehrlich, Home Assistent ist nicht das richtige System für dich.
Könnte dir FHEM empfehlen.
habe versucht das System neu aufzusetzen, funktioniert irgendwie auch nicht. kann zwar einige Intergrationen herunterladen. Wenn ich im Terminal den hacs code eingebe kommt immer diese Meldung. was mache falsch?

Versuch doch mal am Anfang anzufangen!
- Welche Hardware setzt Du ein?
- nach welcher Anleitung hast DU versucht Home Assistant, zu installieren
So, also HA läuft ja anscheinend, aber welches?
Wieso, willst Du gleich HACS installieren, beschäftige Dich doch erst einmal mit Home Assistant, bevor Du da den Community-Store installierst, richte in HA alles korrekt ein.
Mir scheint, dass ein Problem mit IPv6 zu sein.

Dabei fällt mir auf, dass Du da ein Leerzeichen zwischen - und O ist, aber das Leerzeichen hinter dem O fehlt, kann aber auch durch das Kopieren kommen.
