Nach dem Update auf 2024.9 unter EINSTELLUNGEN auf alle Menüpunkte unterhalb Geräte und Dienste kein Zugriff mehr.
Restore nur über Console (Linux) möglich.
Nutze die SQLite von HA und InfluxDB.
Ähnliches Verhalten wie beim Update auf 2024.8, da nutzte ich allerdings noch Maria DB anstatt SQLite.

Klingt eher nach Browser Cache nicht geleert

Gerade kam 2024.9.1 online.

Nach den Problemen beim Update auf 2024.9 und dem Restore auf 2024.8.3 habe ich jetzt das Update auf 2024.9.1 gewagt.

Alles in Ordnung, keine Probleme.

Für mich war das Update eine Katastrophe.
Ich verwende MariaDB und die Migration schlägt fehl, auch werden keine neuen Daten mehr aufgezeichnet.

Gleiches bei Update auf 2024.9.1

Mir wird wohl nichts anders übrig bleiben als ein Rollback zu machen.

keine Ahnung, wie oder wo Du Deine mariaDB, mysql installiert hast.

Der Fehler, der bei Dir auftaucht, ist ein Buffer Überlauf, Du musst die Konfiguration der mariaDB/mysql anpassen, oder vorher mal Deine Datenbank aufräumen

Und dass Du eine MariaDB einsetzt, aber auch nichts weiter dazu sagst, wie, wo, was

und wie lautet diese?

Wieso, bist Du auf eine MariaDB umgestiegen?

Nachtrag:
Heute morgen DB um 10% kleiner als unter 2024.8.x

Ich bin nach 2024.8.* von MariaDB zurück auf die HA-interne SQLiteDB und habe damit sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht.
Mein Tipp:
Backup einspielen, MariaDB => SQLite, Update auf 2024.9.1 machen.

Ist wie bei mir. Mal schauen was ich da mache, scheue mich noch ein backup einzuspielen da das ewigkeiten bei mir dauert (backup 41GB)

Also ich konnte mein Problem wie folgt lösen:
(Verwende MariaDB)

Über phpMyAdmin die homeassistant Datenbank gewählt und erst mal zur Kontrolle folgendes SQL ausgeführt:

SHOW GLOBAL STATUS
   LIKE 'Innodb_buffer_pool_resize_status';

Bei mir war hier kein Wert eingetragen.
Dann habe ich folgendes SQL ausgeführt:

SET GLOBAL innodb_buffer_pool_size=(2 * 1024 * 1024 * 1024);

und nochmals kontrolliert.
Nun stand auch der neue Wert drin.

Wollte danach HA neu starten aber bekam die Meldung dass gerade die Migration läuft.
Als ich dann ein paar Stunden Später in HA nachgesehen hatte waren auch schon wieder die Daten da.

Klar, die Daten seit dem Update fehlen natürlich aber das kann ich verschmerzen da es nur 2 Tage waren.

Da fragt man sich, warum man backups erstellt wenn sich keines wiederherstellen lässt. :roll_eyes: :rage:

war/ist das eine rhetorische Frage oder verbirgt sich dahinter etwas Substanzielles?

Was geht nicht, welche Meldungen kommen?

Ich würde einen neuen Thread aufmachen, mit dem Verweis zu diesem, dann verfranzt man sich hier nicht so.

Verwende seit Anbeginn der Zeit MariaDB für den Recoder. Auch damit habe ich sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. :wink:

So, habe es geschafft Maria DB läuft wieder. Habe das core Backup 8.3 eingespielt und dann Rechner aus und wieder an, siehe da, HA funzt wieder.
