Probleme Actionable Notification

Hallo, ich habe vor eine Rollade zu öffnen wenn ich nach Hause komme. Ich bekomme die Nachricht und wenn ich auf Öffnen drücke, passiert nichts. Vielleicht kann mir jemand helfen.
