Für Matter brauche ich ein Update meines Sticks, dabei gehen alle Zigbee Entitäten verloren. Stimmt das? Wie kann ich das wiederherstellen? Aktuell habe ich 104 Zigbee Geräte. Wäre das nicht eine Idee für ein Video? Ist das denn schon sinnvoll? Was bringt mir dieser Schritt?
Wen do den Sonoff Dongle-E hast ja, für den Dongle-P gibt es (noch) keine FW für Multi Protokoll meines Wissens.

This dongle/stick ships with standard Silicon Labs EmberZNet Zigbee NCP (Network Co-Processor, Zigbee only) firmware as opposed to the RCP (Radio Co-Processor, multi-protocol) firmware. It is recommended you remain on an NCP firmware which will allow it to work out-of-the-box like any other EZSP adapter.
While the RCP firmware allows you to utilize the adapter with other protocols such as Thread, it requires offloading large parts of the application onto the host computer using an additional service, Zigbeed (Zigbee daemon) instead. This service is not currently included with Zigbee2MQTT/zigbee-herdsman and you will be required to install and maintain the dependency yourself. More discussion can be found hereopen in new window.
Ich bin bei mein umstieg auf Z2M auf den Dongle-P gegangen und habe den SkyConnect jetzt Frei für Thread.
Ich halte nicht viel davon alles über ein Stick laufen zu lassen.
Irgendwo hier im Forum hat auch schon einer gepostet das er bei Aktivierung von Multiprotokoll schlechteren empfang bei sein Zigbee Geräten hat. Verlink ich gleich noch wenn ich es wieder finde.

Vielen Dank für Deine Antwort. Ich sehe, da muss einfach noch gewartet werden. Solange ich nicht ein Device einsetzen möchte, dass dies als Voraussetzung hat, ist die Arbeit nutzlos.
